I struggle to digest whole/unprocessed foods. I also frequently run out of food ideas, especially when I'm about to do the groceries. When I do successfully combine two or more foods, I feel like a genius. Presenting my
quick n easy meal registry

- oat milk with 1 splash vanilla extract, 1 glug maple syrup, and a wallop of powdered cinnamon (I ran out of horchata rice drink)
- autumnal spices and maple syrup stirred into cottage cheese
- greek yogurt "parfait" with mixed-berry preserves and 1 handful of nut-free gluten-free granola on top
- english muffin pizza (1 split english muffin, "traditional" pizza sauce, "Italian-style" shredded cheese mix, and turkey pepperoni, all from Aldi)
- spicy albacore on the fanciest english muffin you can obtain, with ground pepper and half juice of half lemon
- tinned mackerel on garlic goat cheese (or Laughing Cow spreadable wedge) on sourdough with dill
- Mi Goreng noodles with convenience toppings (recommended: Ramen Bae)
